De opdracht behelst het aangaan van een raamovereenkomst voor de levering, installatie, gebruiksklare oplevering, technisch beheer en onderhoud van parkeermanagementsystemen. Binnen het kader van de raamovereenkomst dienen in 2027 de huidige parkeersystemen van de locaties Bergoss, Oostwal-Oost en Jurgensplein te worden vervangen, en in een later jaar een nieuw parkeersysteem voor de nog te realisatie parkeergarage Raadhuislaan-Zuid te worden gerealiseerd.
