Obiectul achiziției îl constituie încheierea unui Acord-cadru de executie lucrari pe o durată de 48 luni pentru asigurarea de ,, Reparaţii curente la construcţiile aferente scolilor din Municipiul Braşov, prin acord-cadru pe 48 luni”, cu scopul de a stabili elementele/condițiile esențiale care vor guverna contractele subsecvente de prestări servicii ce urmează a fi atribuite pe perioada derulării acordului-cadru.
