Hankinnan kohteena on talotekniikkaurakoitsijan hankinta Malmin uuden sairaalan, perhekeskuksen ja terveys- ja hyvinvointikeskuksen talotekniikkakokonaisuuden toteuttamiseen osana hankkeen allianssiorganisaatiota. Talotekniikkaurakoitsija toimii yhteistoiminnassa muiden hankeosapuolten kanssa ja vastaa hankkeen taloteknisten ratkaisujen suunnittelusta, kehittämisestä ja toteutuksesta sekä kehitysvaiheissa että toteutusvaiheessa. Uudisrakennus nousee nykyisen Malmin sairaalan (Talvelantie 6) yhteyteen, ja sen on tarkoitus valmistua vaiheittain vuoteen 2035 mennessä. Malmin uusi sairaala on…
