HANKINNAN KOHDE Hankinnan kohteena on Mediaseurannan ja media-analytiikan järjestelmä ohjelmistopalveluna. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen (2) osa-alueeseen, joiden sisältö on tarkemmin kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä, erityisesti osa-aluekohtaisissa hankinnan kohteen kuvauksissa (Liitteet 1A ja 1bja vaatimuksissa (liitteet 2a, 2b). SOPIMUSKAUSI Sopimukset tulevat voimaan sopijapuolten allekirjoitettua sopimuksen. Sopimukset ovat ensin voimassa määräaikaisena 31.12.2028 saakka.
