Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na pełnieniu funkcji Inżyniera w rozumieniu Warunków Kontraktowych FIDIC dla potrzeb realizacji Inwestycji pn. „Poszerzenie odcinka toru wodnego na podejściu do portu morskiego w Świnoujściu” (zwanej dalej również „Inwestycją”). 2.
