Předmětem soutěže je návrh konverze stávajícího venkovského stavení či návrh novostavby obecního domu a řešení přilehlých veřejných prostorů, zejména návsi. Soutěž je otevřená, jednofázová, architektonická a projektová. Účelem soutěže je nalézt nejvhodnější řešení a vybrat účastníky, s nimiž bude zadavatel v navazujícím jednacím řízení bez uveřejnění podle § 65 zákona č. 134/2016 Sb. jednat o uzavření smlouvy na zpracování projektové dokumentace a související služby.
