I denne anskaffelsen vil Oppdragsgiver etterspørre License Solution Provider (LSP), partnerskap med Microsoft. Formålet med anskaffelsen er å etablere en rammeavtale med én leverandør for å holde oversikt over Kundens Microsoft-avtaler og videreføre eksisterende løsning hos Kunden for produktene fra Microsoft.
