Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa koncentratu rekombinowanego czynnika krzepnięcia VIIa celem zabezpieczenia ciągłości leczenia pacjentów chorych na hemofilię A i B powikłaną inhibitorem oraz nabytą/wrodzoną hemofilię A - dalej „czynnik krzepnięcia”, o kategorii dostępności Rp lub Rpz, do wskazanych przez Narodowe Centrum Krwi (dalej NCK) bezpośrednich odbiorców - Regionalnych Centrów Krwiodawstwa i Krwiolecznictwa (dalej RCKiK), na zasadach określonych w treści niniejszej SWZ
