Patentstyret, hereafter called the contracting authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement for communication services, i.a. for strategic consultancy, branding, PR and advertising. Tenderers shall contribute in both the long-term strategy work and the ongoing communication work, and ensure uniform and targeted communication across channels and initiatives.
