De Stad Brugge wenst een nieuwe uitleentool voor materiaalreservaties te implementeren ter vervanging van de bestaande werkwijze en verspreide toepassingen.Het project richt zich op een geïntegreerde oplossing die verschillende stedelijke diensten ondersteunt bij het beheren, reserveren, uitleveren, opvolgen en retourneren van materiaal. De toepassing moet voldoen aan uiteenlopende behoeften van diensten zoals evenementen, cultuur, erfgoed, sport en interne stadsdiensten, en tegelijk schaalbaar zijn voor toekomstige uitbreidingen.
