From the original notice
AS Vinmonopolet (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”) intends to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of IT hardware. The Contracting Authority has an ongoing need for various types of IT equipment and therefore requires an agreement with a supplier capable of delivering a broad range of IT hardware products. The maximum value of the contract is NOK 35,000,000 excluding VAT. Once the maximum value has been reached, the framework agreement shall be deemed exhausted and shall cease to have effect.
