Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie i wybudowanie dwóch energooszczędnych budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych oznaczonych jako A2 i B2 (po 40 mieszkań w każdym budynku, łącznie 80 mieszkań) wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną i zagospodarowaniem terenu przy ul. Sobieskiego w Skierniewicach, na działkach nr ew. 82/102 i 82/103, obręb 0004. Budynki realizowane są w ramach przedsięwzięcia Społecznej Inicjatywy Mieszkaniowej; mieszkania mają zostać oddane w standardzie „pod klucz”.
