Background The contracting authority needs to establish a new framework agreement for cleaning services for several buildings. The aim of the procurement is to ensure a more uniform, efficient and predictable cleaning delivery across the buildings, including new premises that shall be included in the contract. The need includes both existing and coming locations of varying sizes, use and cleaning needs.
