The Council seeks to identify an Economic Operator to act as a Development Partner to work in collaboration with the Council, to identify the optimal solution for Council owned lands within the adopted Clonburris SDZ located at Kishoge Urban Centre (SDCC Site 06), subsectors KUC-S1, KUC-S2 and KUC-S3 in compliance with the adopted SDZ and the Council’s requirements.
