Nærværende EU-udbud vedrører en totalentreprisekontrakt for opførelse af Vilhelmines Have Plejehjem, herefter benævnet ’’Vilhelmines Have’’. Vilhelmines Have er beliggende i Koldings nordlige bydel i boligområdet Skovvejen-Skovparken. Forinden opførelse af Vilhelmines Have, skal tre boligblokke nedrives. Nedrivning er ikke en del af nærværende totalentreprisekontrakt. Lokalplan 0114-71 er gældende for området.
