Upphandlingen omfattar, hämtning, transport, omhändertagande och behandling av farligt avfall inklusive sådant avfall som har en eller flera egenskaper som anges i bilaga 3 till Avfallsförordningen. Detta uppdrag omfattar dock inte blyackumulatorer, blybatterier, impregnerat virke, asbest samt elavfall.
