Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för successiva avrop av bemanningstjänster. Upphandlingen är indelad i sex delområden och yrkeskategorier utefter Vafabmiljös organisation. Syftet med ramavtalet är att tillgodose Vafabmiljös behov av att avropa stöd i snabb tillfällig tillsättning av personal vid behov, t.ex. i väntan på nyrekrytering, vid arbetstoppar, sjukfrånvaro eller annan frånvaro av ordinarie personal.
