The object of the procurement is a flow imaging microscopy system for morphological analysis and numerical estimation of particles in water (size distribution 2µm – 1 mm) under laboratory conditions. The device must be able to image plankton and other particles in water as color images, calculate indicators related to cell and particle size, pigmentation, color and shape from the images, and enable the easy processing of large sample volumes in a reasonable time.
