Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (dalej OPZ) dla Zadania nr 1 i 2 zawarty jest we Wzorze umowy dla Zadania nr 1 (Załącznik nr 1A do SWZ) oraz we Wzorze umowy dla Zadania nr 2 (Załącznik nr 1B do SWZ).
