Avec l'intégration de nouvelles communes ces dernières années, le syndicat a vu ses effectifs augmenter, nécessitant des infrastructures plus adaptées. C'est le cas des locaux du CTS. En effet, les locaux du CTS actuels présentent plusieurs dysfonctionnements. Le bâtiment n'est pas évolutif, les locaux ne peuvent accueillir les nouvelles compétences et l'augmentation des effectifs. L'organisation actuelle n'est pas fonctionnelle. Les espaces sont peu confortables, peu lumineux, présentent une mauvaise isolation et ne sont donc pas adaptés aux pratiques de travail. C'est dans ce contexte que…
