Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest realizacja prac związanych z zaprojektowaniem i wybudowaniem linii kolejowej dużych prędkości nr 85 i nr 86 w zakresie branż KSRK, Teletechnika oraz Elektroenergetyka nietrakcyjna. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na dwie części (Część 1 i Część 2). Szczegółowy przedmiot zamówienia został opisany w Opisie Potrzeb i Wymagań (OPW).
