Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usunięcie wszystkich odpadów niebezpiecznych nielegalnie zgromadzonych i magazynowanych na terenie nieruchomości w Wałdowo 16 (dalej zwane Odpadami), umieszczonych w różnego rodzaju pojemnikach (w tym w beczkach o różnych pojemnościach, mauzerach itp.) na terenie ogrodzonej nieruchomości, na działce o nr ewid. 234/2, obręb Wałdowo, 86 – 120 Pruszcz zwanych dalej Nieruchomością oraz poddanie ich odpowiednim co do właściwości Odpadów ostatecznym procesom odzysku lub unieszkodliwienia.
