La presente licitación tiene por objeto la contratación los servicios de asistencia técnica para la implantación y seguimiento de la metodología BIM en el Ministerio de Defensa. Las prestaciones que constituyen el objeto de este contrato son necesarias e idóneas para al cumplimiento de los fines que tiene encomendados la Dirección General de Infraestructura (DIGENIN) de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 28 Necesidad e idoneidad del contrato y eficiencia en la contratación de la LCSP.
