NDW heeft momenteel een aflopende Raamovereenkomst voor de inkoop en levering van softwarelicenties en hardware en is voornemens om door middel van een nieuwe Raamovereenkomst met één (1) intermediaire partner het inkoopproces van softwarelicenties en hardware ten behoeve van software development uit te besteden.
