HANKINNAN KOHDE Oulun Tilapalvelut -liikelaitos pyytää tarjoustanne hallinnoimiensa kiinteistöjen hissien huolto- ja korjauspalveluista sekä hälytyskeskuspalveluista. Hankinnan kohteena ovat hissien kokonaisvaltainen huolto-, kunnossapito-, korjaus- ja päivystyspalvelu. Palveluun sisältyvät lisäksi hissien toiminnan ylläpitämiseksi tarvittavat muut huolto- ja korjaustoimenpiteet. Palvelun tavoitteena on varmistaa hissien turvallinen, luotettava ja keskeytyksetön toiminta sekä ylläpitää laitteiden tekninen kunto valmistajien ohjeiden, viranomaismääräysten ja hyvän kunnossapitotavan mukaisesti.…
