De Gemeente Den Haag werkt, in samenwerking met andere overheden en publieke organisaties, aan verschillende grootschalige infrastructurele projecten die onderdeel uitmaken van het Meerjarenprogramma Infrastructuur, Ruimte en Transport (MIRT). Binnen deze projecten treedt de Gemeente Den Haag als penvoerder op en is daarmee verantwoordelijk voor het aanbesteden en contracteren van benodigde diensten namens de betrokken samenwerkingspartners.
