Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Leistungen des Projekt- und Kommunikationsmanagements sowie die konzeptionelle Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung. Ziel ist es, die GS RN-D bei der Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des RN-D zu unterstützen, dessen Etablierung als nationales touristisches Leitprodukt voranzutreiben und damit Deutschland als Fahrradland zu positionieren.
