Provision of a multi-party Integrated Design Team Framework Trinity College Dublin (“Trinity” / “TCD”) Capital Programmes Office has a need to establish an Integrated Design Team (“IDT”) Framework Panel (the “Framework” / “Panel”) to support the organisation’s capital works programme.
