In the context of the Republic of Albania’s preparations for accession to the European Union, technical assistance is necessary to support beneficiary institutions in meeting the requirements of Chapter 22 and preparing for the effective management of EU Cohesion Policy after accession. This technical assistance will support the relevant Albanian Authorities. The assistance will focus on the timely fulfillment of the Chapter 22 Closing Benchmarks while also supporting, through a strategically forward-looking approach, the implementation of other measures set out in the Chapter 22 Action Plan.…
