The procurement is for the delivery of media monitoring services. The delivery shall include both access to a system solution/media portal and continuous monitoring of a wide range of media sources. The service shall cover open and payment based internet media, social media, radio, TV (including internet TV) as well as printed media. Furthermore, the delivery shall include analysis services and an option for taking out archives.
