Hankinnan kohteena on Oulun yliopiston ja Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy:n (OAMK) turvajärjestelmien ylläpitopalvelu. Hankinnan tavoitteena on muodostaa Tilaajalle yhtenäinen toimintamalli turvajärjestelmien ylläpitoon, huoltoon, muutostöihin ja elinkaaren hallintaan. Hankinta koskee Tilaajan turvajärjestelmiä kaikissa sen kohteissa. Hankinnan piiriin kuuluvat myös sopimuskauden aikana käyttöönotettavat uudet kohteet sekä olemassa oleviin kohteisiin toteutettavat laajennukset ja muutokset.
