Prawo energetyczne (dalej: PE) do punktów odbioru energii Zamawiających. Niniejsze zamówienie nie obejmuje usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
