1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy kasków motocyklowych, zwanych w dalszej części SWZ „asortymentem”. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia odpowiedni do zadania stanowi załącznik nr 5 do SWZ oraz Rozdział XIX SWZ. 3. Wykonawca udzieli rękojmi za wady asortymentu oraz gwarancji na okres nie krótszy niż 24 miesiące, licząc od daty podpisania protokołu. 4. Zamawiający nie żąda wraz z ofertą przedmiotowych środków dowodowych. 5.
