Eesmärk on leida partnerid sotsiaalkaitse teenuste infosüsteemide arendamiseks ja hooldamiseks. Tellitavate tööde sisuks on Sotsiaalkindlustusameti infosüsteemide arendus- ja hooldustööd, esmajoones SKAISi hallatavate avalike teenuste ja nendega seotud tarkvara arendus- ja kasutuselevõtu tööd, arhitektuuri ajakohastamine, andmekvaliteedi parandamiseks vajalikud arendustööd, kasutusmugavuse suurendamine ning seadusemuudatusest tulenevad lisavajadused.
