Rammeaftalen vedrører interiør- og isoleringsarbejder på Søværnets skibe, og omfatter løbende modifikation og reparation ombord på skibene. Denne type arbejder skal ofte foregå hurtigt og effektivt, så skibenes beredskab påvirkes mindst muligt. Som følge heraf har Forsvaret brug for ekstern assistance til interiør- og isoleringsarbejder, som kan igangsættes med kort varsel når behovet opstår.
