Uudenmaan elinvoimakeskus käynnistää tällä hankintailmoituksella tarjouskilpailun TIESUUNNITELMAN LAATIJAN hankkimiseksi hankkeella "Maantie 152 välillä vt 3 Hämeenlinnanväylä - kt 45 Tuusulanväylä (Kehä 4)". Uusi noin 13 kilometrin pituinen poikittainen tieyhteys Hämeenlinnanväylän (vt 3) ja Tuusulanväylän (kt 45) välillä muodostaa keskeisen osan Uusimaa-kaava 2050:n liikennejärjestelmää ja tukee Keski-Uudenmaan logistisen kilpailukyvyn kehittämistä.
