Die beteiligten Kassen verfolgen das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmern Rabattverträge nach § 130c Abs. 1 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Etrasimod zu schließen. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt im Rahmen des Open-House-Originale-Verfahrens der beteiligten Kassen: Individuelle Verhandlungen über Vertragsinhalte werden nicht geführt, es gelten einheitliche Konditionen. Die beteiligten Krankenkassen sichern einzelnen Vertragspartnern keine Exklusivität zu. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt maximal 24 Monate beginnend mit dem 01.11.2026.
