Die vorgesehenen Sanierungsmassnahmen umfassen die vollständige Erneuerung der Dachabdichtung über den Langsamfiltern Süd sowie die fachgerechte Instandsetzung der schadhaften Decken- und Aussenwandfugen. Ziel der Massnahmen ist die nachhaltige Sicherstellung der Dichtheit der Bauwerke sowie der langfristige Schutz der Baukonstruktion vor Feuchtigkeitseintritten und den daraus resultierenden Folgeschäden.
