Il progetto NEB N13 Viabilità Bellinzona Sud - Riazzino concerne interventi di riorganizzazione della percorribilità e di rinnovo della soprastruttura stradale lungo l’asse USTRA denominato N13. Gli interventi oggetto del concorso riguardano la fabbricazione, la fornitura e il montaggio dei portali della segnaletica da realizzare in carpenteria metallica in corrispondenza dei Nodi 68 “Contone Est”, 70 “Contone Ovest”, 72 “Quartino Luserte” e 74a "Quartino Pergola", nonché della Rotonda Locarno-Aeroporto (RLA), tra le progressive km 205+550 e km 210+450.
