Som led i udviklingen af det sydlige område, også kaldet ”ARTS” i Universitetsbyen i Aarhus, udbyder FEAS Erhverv P/S (herefter "FEAS") nu bygge- og anlægsarbejder i forbindelse med etape 1, der indeholder renoveringen, om- og nybygningen af bygningerne 1751, 1770 og 1760 komplekset på Universitetsbyen 38, 8000 Aarhus C – i det tidligere Aarhus Kommunehospital. Projektet omfatter et eksisterende areal på hhv. ca. 8.245 m² (bygning 1770), ca. 1609 m² (bygning 1751) og 2.687 m² (bygning 1764) inklusive kælder, samt ca. 3.149 m2 nybyggeri, inklusive kælder.
