Hankinnan kohteena on pelastuslaitosten virkavaatteet tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä määritellyn mukaisesti. Virkavaatteiden hankinta toteutetaan hankintarenkaana, jossa Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (Pohde) vastaa valtuutettuna hankinnasta. Hankintarenkaassa on mukana 26 organisaatiosta, jotka koostuvat hyvinvointialueista, pelastuslaitoksista, Uudenmaan pelastusliitosta, Pelastusopistosta, Sisäministeriöstä, Lupa- ja valvontavirastosta sekä Finlands Svenska Brand- & Räddingsförbund:sta.
