Οι προς συντήρηση χώροι περιλαμβάνουν την παλαιά και τη νέα πτέρυγα των κτιριακών εγκαταστάσεων του Ο.Μ.Μ.Α., συμπεριλαμβανομένων και των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων του Περιβάλλοντα Χώρου.
