De opdracht beoogt het onderhoud van de HVAC-installaties in de gebouwen van de Stad, het AGB en het OCMW zoals opgesomd in de als bijlage gevoegde inventaris, om te garanderen dat ze in de meest comfortabele en veilige omstandigheden kunnen worden gebruikt, en rekening houdend met de staat waarin de installaties aan de opdrachtnemer worden toevertrouwd.
