De gemeente beoogt een overeenkomst met één opdrachtnemer voor het uitvoeren van de schoonmaakdienstverlening en de koffievoorziening (coffee operating) binnen haar locaties. Onder de dienstverlening vallen onder andere reguliere schoonmaakwerkzaamheden, vloeronderhoud, glasbewassing en het verzorgen, beheren en het schoonmaken en onderhouden van koffievoorzieningen.
