Deze inkoop betreft de directievoering en het houden van toezicht op de uitvoering van gevelisolatiemaatregelen binnen het landelijk project Gevelisolatie (GI). Het project Gevelisolatie richt zich op het beschermen van bewoners en gebruikers van geluidgevoelige objecten tegen geluidsoverlast door weg-, spoor- en luchtvaartverkeer. Op basis van akoestisch en bouwkundig onderzoek worden, indien nodig, geluidwerende maatregelen ontworpen en gerealiseerd. Het werkgebied omvat geheel Nederland. zie korte omschrijving
