Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Verpachtung eines passiven Glasfasernetzes an einen Dienstleister, welcher im Wege einer Dienstleistungskonzession als Auftragnehmerin (AN) den Netzbetrieb sicherstellt sowie Internet- und Telekommunikationsdienste auch als Bündelangebot an private und gewerbliche Endkunden gegen ein angemessenes Entgelt zur Verfügung stellt.
