Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung ist der Abschluss von nicht exklusiven Rabattverträgen gemäß § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu Fertigarzneimitteln mit dem Wirkstoff Macitentan (ATC: C02KX04) im Rahmen eines sogenannten "open-house-Modells". Unter Vorgabe einheitlicher Vertragskonditionen sowie eines einheitlichen Zugangsverfahrens wird allen geeigneten und interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen oder Gemeinschaften pharmazeutischer Unternehmen der Abschluss bzw.
