Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung ist der Abschluss nicht exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über Arzneimittel mit dem Wirkstoff Testosteron (ATC-Code nach WHO: G03BA03), mit Einschränkung auf die Darreichungsform Gel (Beutel) in den Wirkstärken 50 mg und 16,2 mg. Der Vertragsabschluss erfolgt im Rahmen eines sog.
