Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung ist der Abschluss nicht exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über Arzneimittel mit dem Wirkstoff Certolizumab pegol (ATC-Code nach WHO: L04AB05). Der Vertragsabschluss erfolgt im Rahmen eines sog. Open-House-Modells, d. h. ein Vertragsabschluss steht innerhalb des Teilnahmezeitraums allen interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen offen, sofern diese die Teilnahmevoraussetzungen erfüllen und akzeptieren.
