Die Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (im Folgenden KKH) verfolgt das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen Rabattverträge nach § 130a Absatz 8 SGB V über den Wirkstoff/ die Wirkstoffe im Rahmen eines sogenannten "Open-House-Verfahrens" abzuschließen.
